Terms of Service
These terms apply when you reserve a seat at an evening presented by Luxury Sommelier Services and its partners.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only once payment has been completed and you have received a confirmation email. Seats held during checkout are released after fifteen minutes if payment is not completed.
A maximum of six seats may be reserved in a single order.
Price
The price shown is per guest for an entry ticket to a hosted dining experience, plus HST and gratuity. The gratuity is collected on behalf of Contrada and paid to the restaurant in full. Luxury Sommelier Services acts as the event facilitator and host. Any alcohol at the event is sold and served by Contrada under its liquor licence. No alcohol is sold through this website.
Age and alcohol
Every guest must be 19 or older with valid photo ID. Contrada may refuse alcohol service at its discretion.
Alcohol service and liquor licence
Luxury Sommelier Services facilitates and hosts this event and sells the entry ticket. All alcohol at the event is sold and served on premises by our host venue, Contrada, 537 College Street, Toronto, under Contrada's liquor licence and by Contrada's Smart Serve certified staff. Contrada is responsible for the sale and service of alcohol and may refuse service at its discretion. Luxury Sommelier Services does not hold a liquor licence and does not sell, ship or deliver alcohol. No alcohol is sold through this website. Guests must be 19 or older with valid photo ID.
Menu and dietary requirements
The menu is served as is and no substitutions or modifications are offered for dietary restrictions or allergies. Guests with dietary needs must contact the hosts before purchasing. Dietary restrictions or allergies are not a reason for a refund.
Changes to an evening
Occasionally a date, venue, menu or event detail must change. Where a change is material we will contact you and offer a transfer or a refund.
Conduct
We reserve the right to decline service or ask a guest to leave where behaviour affects the safety or enjoyment of others. No refund is given in that case.
Liability
Our liability in connection with an evening is limited to the amount paid for the reservation, to the extent permitted by law.
