Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only once payment has been completed and you have received a confirmation email. Seats held during checkout are released after fifteen minutes if payment is not completed.

A maximum of six seats may be reserved in a single order.

Price

The price shown on the evening page is the all in price per seat. No booking fees or service charges are added at checkout. Where applicable taxes are charged, they are shown before you pay.

Age and alcohol

Guests must be of legal drinking age in Ontario. Photo identification may be requested on arrival. Non alcoholic pairings are available on request.

Allergies and dietary needs

We ask for dietary and allergy notes for each seat and pass them to the kitchen. Our venues are not allergen free environments and we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens. Please tell us about anything severe well before the evening.

Changes to an evening

Occasionally a date, venue, menu or pairing must change. Where a change is material we will contact you and offer a transfer or a refund.

Conduct

We reserve the right to decline service or ask a guest to leave where behaviour affects the safety or enjoyment of others. No refund is given in that case.

Liability

Our liability in connection with an evening is limited to the amount paid for the reservation, to the extent permitted by law.
