Luxury Sommelier Services (LSS), founded by Sarah Mifsud in Toronto, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it.
What we collect
Your name, email and phone number when you enquire or book. Dietary needs you choose to share for a dinner. Details you include in a message to us. Basic, anonymous site analytics, such as which pages are visited.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, confirm bookings, send dinner details and updates, plan menus around dietary needs, and improve our site and events. We only use your information for the reason you gave it to us.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment information.
Emails from us
We will only send you news about future dinners and services if you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime.
Who we share it with
Only the people who help make your evening happen: our chef partner and host venue receive your name and any dietary needs for the dinner you booked. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purpose you shared it, or as required for tax and accounting records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
